Starting with gentle movements of all the joints and stretching on the mat, we then work our way up. Each movement, connecting to the breath, builds naturally into the next, creating a balanced, flowing experience. Subtle core engagement is woven in to build strength and stability, while slow transitions encourage flexibility and release.
