This All levels yoga class focuses on building a solid foundation while gradually introducing more challenging poses and sequences. Shana will incorporate modifications and variations for beginners, while offering progressions for those with more experience. The emphasis is on connecting breath with movement, building strength and flexibility, and fostering a mindful practice.
