MINDFULLNESS MEDITATION 

Please arrive a few minutes early to set up your seat.
Be prepared to sit for 15 minutes. The first few minutes are guided to help you settle, focus, and become more present. Then we are quiet for 10 minutes so you can practice observing the 5 senses, thoughts and feelings that come and go. The intention is to not get involved, nor judge the thoughts, but simply to be aware. With practice, an inner balance develops.

Practicing mindfulness can also involve breathing methods and guided imagery to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.
