A class for people who have never taken Yoga before or have tried but want to learn in a safe non-judgmental environment. The plan is to cover a few poses each week with detailed instructions on technique. Each class will end with a short sequence, linking up the poses you've learned. You will learn how to use props and the wall to understand alignment. Corrections and modifications will be offered to tailor each pose to each student.
Instructions
Wear comfortable clothing. We provide mats and all the props needed. You can eat a meal between 5-5:45PM, but please refrain from eating 1 hour before class. Thank you
