This all-levels practice will begin with a short therapy ball self-massage sequence to enhance and enliven your flow practice. We’ll stay mindful as we connect breath and movement, supporting dynamic mobility, strength, and a sense of ease.

New beginners and experienced practitioners alike will benefit from this playful approach.
