We will also prepare for an optional 3 day collective dietary cleanse to help the body release toxins that were accumulated during the Summer. The optional dietary cleanse will be October 24, 25 & 26.
To prepare your body for the cleanse we slowly eliminate coffee, alcohol, and processed foods through October 19 - 23. There will be a Facebook Support Group where we can share ideas, recipes and check in.

In Ayurveda, late Autumn and Winter are known as the Vata Season.
Vata, governed by the air and space elements, brings dry, light, cold, rough, subtle and mobile qualities. Imbalance at this time of the year can manifest as easily becoming cold, developing dry skin, joint pain, gas, bloating, constipation, difficulty sleeping, chronic fatigue, lethargy and sadness.
