Class begins with 30-minutes of stretching and gentle yoga to physically prepare your body for the deep relaxation practice called "Yoga Nidra" (yogic sleep), a guided meditation where you rest and are led through various stages of relaxation. 


  • Intention: You set a personal intention (sankalpa) for the practice.

  • Body Scan: You are guided to rotate your attention systematically through different parts of the body.

  • Breath Awareness: You observe your natural breath and may be guided to control your breath to calm the nervous system.

  • Visualization: You are guided through imagery to balance emotions and energy.
