We’ll guide you through assisted stretches, balance challenges, and creative partner sequences that make yoga more fun when you do it together.
No previous yoga experience required. This workshop focuses on connection over perfection, so expect plenty of laughter as you navigate poses together. You’ll leave feeling more connected, energized, and relaxed.
