Step into a deeply restorative and meditative experience with this special monthly offering of Svaroopa® yoga. BlissFull Yoga is designed to gently release the deepest layers of tension in your body, quiet the mind, and support natural healing from within.
This in-person class setting allows Andrea to provide hands-on guidance, personalized alignments, and subtle adjustments to support your body more fully. It also makes possible an expanded range of poses that cannot be offered in an online format.
Using multiple blankets for precise support, this therapeutic practice focuses on decompressing the spine—from the tailbone upward—helping tight muscles soften while easing chronic aches and pains. A series of carefully adapted, customized poses address each region of the spine, creating space, comfort, and relief throughout the body.
As tension melts away, your nervous system settles, guiding you toward a natural state of awareness, vitality, and inner joy.
Each session begins and ends with guided relaxation (Shavasana), giving you time to deeply rest, integrate the practice, and receive its full healing benefits.
